If it has been some time since your last dive, we suggest starting with a refresher dive. This excellent program is designed to reintroduce you to the water, boosting your confidence for subsequent dives or additional training.

The refresher also provides an opportunity to acquaint yourself with the equipment you'll use in future dives, which may differ from what you used previously.
